Queen duvet cover (88" x 88") featuring the image "Blue Beauty" by Beverly Johnson. Our soft microfiber duvet covers are hand sewn and include a hidden zipper for easy washing and assembly. Your selected image is printed on the top surface with a soft white surface underneath. All duvet covers are machine washable with cold water and a mild detergent.

I used soy wax as a resist to create images. Then I painted with french dyes on the silk, steamed to set, then mounted silk fine art onto canvas.

Beverly's passion for painting and creating art started at a very young age. Although mostly self-taught she has taken workshops and night classes over the years to be introduced to new concepts and processes. In the 1970's Beverly was introduced to painting with oils, which kicked off her desire to pursue the arts. Her skills expanded into other mediums such as watercolors, pencil drawings, digitally enhanced photography, acrylics and since 2010 silk paintings have become her passion.
